Our Standard Delivery service* is $5.

* Delivery may take up to 3-10 business days within Australia (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders must be placed before 12pm AEST for your items to be dispatched within the next 48 hours.
Orders may be sent with a non-trackable delivery service.
Our Express Delivery service* to AU is $12.

All orders will have a tracking number.
All our orders are shipped out via AustPost (Australia Post). Orders will be checked and processed within 1-2 business days from the time your purchase is made.
Orders made on a weekend/public holiday will be processed the following business day.

NON-TRACKABLE DELIVERY OPTION - FLAT RATE $9
This does not include tracking. This means the item will not be a registered form of mail and may take up to 25 working days to arrive to you. This will be due to the unpredictability on custom clearance and delivery times as it is out of our control as to when the item will reach you.
TRACKABLE DELIVERY OPTION - FLAT RATE $24
This will include complete tracking from the moment we drop your package to AustPost. Delivery can take anywhere between 6 – 12 business days. Certain exceptions may apply depending on where you reside. We do not aim to make any profit on shipping costs quoted. We are charged from $24* on all International tracked orders. Hence, in order to avoid any lost parcels during transit and extra delays in customs, we'd prefer to send you item to you via a tracked method of shipping service as such.
SHIPPING POLICY AND DISCLAIMER
We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, unfortunately it is out of our control, hence we recommend that you select a trackable form of shipping service. Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by AustPost, we cannot provide a refund.
Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order as we will not be held responsible for incorrect addresses. Packages are NOT insured, so if you would like to purchase insurance for your package please let us know. Once again we are not responsible for your package once it leaves us to AustPost as it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. You will not be refunded for the purchase if AustPost loses the package unless you purchase the additional insurance.
