      4. WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE MADE AN ERROR WHEN CHECKING OUT? HELP!!

        If there are any last minute changes that need to be made to your order and shipping information, please make sure to advise us within 2 hours of your order submission at sales@suradesires.com.  However, this will not be guaranteed and therefore correct changes may not take effect. You will be emailed a shipping confirmation at the time your order ships out. Any shipment returned due to an error made by you will be at your expense.

      5. HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

        At Suradesires we are committed to customer satisfaction. All items are checked carefully before shipment. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have received, you may return the item in its original packaging and condition within 14 days from the delivery date for either a refund or exchange.*

        Return shipping costs will be at the buyers expense and the amount refunded will be the full cost of the item ONLY (excludes original postage and handling costs paid by the buyer). When returning an item, we advise to get a tracking number as we do not take any responsibility for lost or damaged returned items. We do not offer a refund on a lost parcel.

        Please allow up to 3 working days from the day we receive your return for your item to be refunded. Your refund will be credited through to your original payment method. Please note that orders through PayPal can take up to 7 days for the funds to be credited.

        * Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, refunded nor exchanged
        * Sale items can only be returned if the item received was incorrect
        * Exchanges are entirely dependable on stock availability


        SHIPPING POLICY AND DISCLAIMER 


        We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, unfortunately it is out of our control, hence we recommend that you select a trackable form of shipping service. Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by AustPost, we cannot provide a refund.

        Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order as we will not be held responsible for incorrect addresses. Packages are NOT insured, so if you would like to purchase insurance for your package please let us know. Once again we are not responsible for your package once it leaves us to AustPost as it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. You will not be refunded for the purchase if AustPost loses the package unless you purchase the additional insurance.
