Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
A: Shopping at Suradesires is safe. We process all sales through a secure Shopify Payments system. We also offer PayPal as an additional payment option. 

Q: What Happens if I have made an error when checking out? Help!
A: If there are any last minute changes that need to be made to your order and shipping information, please make sure to advise us within 2 hours of your order by filling in the contact form below.
Please note this may not always be guaranteed and therefore correct changes may not take effect. 

Q: How do I return my order?*
A: At Suradesires we are committed to customer satisfaction. All items are checked carefully before shipment. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have received, you may return the item in its original packaging and condition within 14 days from the delivery date for either a refund or exchange.*

* Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, refunded nor exchanged.
* Sale items can only be returned if the item received was incorrect
* Exchanges are entirely dependable on stock availability

Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed and the amount refunded will be the full cost of the item only (excluding original postage and handling costs). When returning an item, we advise you select a shipping method with a tracking number as we do not take any responsibility for lost or damaged returned items. 

Please allow us up to 3 working days from the day we receive your return for your item to be refunded. Your refund will be credited through to your original payment method. Please note that orders through PayPal can take up to 7 business days for the funds to be credited.
