Returns & Exchanges
At Suradesires we are committed to your 100% customer satisfaction.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will happily offer you a refund or exchange on your purchase within 14 days from the delivery date.
RETURNS
Items must be returned in an unworn condition and in their original packaging. Returns received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost during transit will not be accepted and full responsibility will be held by the customer, therefore we advise you to get a tracking number. Please note, shipping costs will not be reimbursed as the amount refunded will be the cost paid for the item/s only at the time of purchase. We will not take any responsibility for lost or damaged items. Once the returned items have been received and inspected, we will process the refund to you within 48 hours.
Returns and exchanges on the below are excluded;
* Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund.
* Sale items can only be returned or exchanged if the item received was incorrect or damaged.
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your request. Your refund will be credited through to your original payment method. Please note that orders through PayPal may take up to 7 business days for the funds to be credited.
EXCHANGES
To exchange your item/s follow the above return instructions, and then place a new order with us for the item/s you desire.

We advise you to have your order number and the reason/s for return so there are no delays in processing. Ensure that your name, email and/or phone number are all correct in case we need to contact you about the return/exchange.
