At we are committed to customer satisfaction. All items are checked carefully before shipment. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have received, you may return the item in its original packaging and condition within 14 days from the delivery date for either a refund or exchange.*

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. When returning an item, we advise to get a tracking number as we do not take any responsibility for lost or damaged returned items. We do not offer a refund on a lost parcel.

Please allow up to 3 working days from the day we receive your return for your item to be refunded. Your refund will be credited through to your original payment method. Please note that orders through PayPal can take up to 7 days for the funds to be credited. 

* Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, refunded nor exchanged
* Sale items can only be returned if the item received was incorrect
* Exchanges are entirely dependable on stock availability
